Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs) are seen as an important vehicle for mitigation efforts in developing countries. The call for allocation of climate change resources in a balanced way between adaptation and mitigation and in the context of the meaningful mitigation actions fosters the assumption of a substantial flow of financial resources for NAMAs.
