Will is a Junior Policy Analyst with the Climate Policy Team, based in Berlin. In this role, he supports the analysis and evaluation of national climate policies with the Climate Action Tracker, and researches methane mitigation strategies in the energy, waste, and agriculture sectors with the Global Methane Hub.
Before joining Climate Analytics full time, he worked with the Climate Policy Team as a student assistant. He previously spent two years as a paralegal at a law firm in Boston.
Will earned his Master of International Affairs from the Hertie School in Berlin in 2025, with a focus on Human Rights and Global Governance. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from Duke University.
