Dalia is a Research Associate with expertise in climate impacts, science diplomacy and oceanography.
Her research work at Climate Analytics has ranged from methane emissions uncertainty, to tipping points, solar radiation management, carbon dioxide removal, and the vulnerability of natural carbon sinks – including forests and blue carbon ecosystems. Her work also involves science advise to UNFCCC negotiation processes and project management.
She holds a BSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Vienna and a European MSc in Marine Environment and Resources from the University of the Basque Country, the University of Bordeaux and the University of Liège. Before joining Climate Analytics, she worked as a plastic research coordinator in a marine science-based volunteer organisation.
