Corbin Cerny

Corbin Cerny is a student assistant with the Climate Policy Team. In this role, he supports research into industry specific pathways toward decarbonisation, including economic analysis of each pathway. To date, this includes the steel, fertiliser, and power sectors.

He completed his undergraduate degree at George Mason University in the United States, studying international affairs and economics. Currently, he is enrolled at the Hertie School in Berlin in the '2+1' dual degree track. As part of the program, Corbin completed his Master of Public Policy in the Spring 2025, and will complete the Master of Data Science in the Spring 2026.

Prior to joining Climate Analytics, he worked in the international development sector, helping to manage projects around the globe in agribusiness, digitalisation, trade, economic development, and sustainable transportation.
