Shristi is the Office and Project Manager at Climate Analytics South Asia, based in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she joined in August 2026. In her role, she supports the effective planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and financial management of projects, while ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and communication with project teams and partners. She works closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to track project progress, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, and contributes to maintaining strong partnerships.

She brings over a decade of professional experience in program and project management, operations, strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, donor engagement, stakeholder coordination, and communications. Prior to joining Climate Analytics, she worked in the development and public health sector, where she managed donor funded programs and worked extensively with government agencies, UN organizations, development partners, civil society organizations, and private sector stakeholders.

She holds a Master of Public Health from KIT Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She is passionate about development, sustainability, and using evidence and effective project management to support meaningful social and environmental impact. With her experience spanning program management, partnerships, and development practice, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work in advancing climate action and strengthening Climate Analytics South Asia’s projects and operations.
