
As a Finance Assistant at Climate Analytics’ Africa Office in Lomé, Sévérin oversees day-to-day accounting operations, manages third-party accounts, and ensures compliance with local tax regulations and the SYCEBNL framework. Sévérin supports project teams in their operational implementation by providing administrative and financial support during field activities.
Prior to Climate Analytics, Sévérin gained experience in consultancy and accountancy firms, notably at COGESFI Consulting where he worked as an accounting assistant and junior auditor. He has managed diverse client portfolios, including an international NGO and private sector companies, and carried out financial audit assignments for NGOs (Santé Intégré, Wanep Togo, PSAS, PAOET, PMDCT) as part of projects funded by donor Brot für die Welt (PplM) and the BMZ.
Sévérin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA) from the University of Lomé and a scientific baccalaureate. He has supplemented this training with specialist certifications in organisational financial management (COLEAD) and the SYCEBNL accounting system.
