Pragya Thapaliya

Pragya Thapaliya is the Office and Project Manager for the Climate Analytics' South Asia office, where she supports the effective delivery of regional programmes while strengthening systems across the South Asia office.

Pragya has a decade of experience in the development sector, specialising in programme management, strategic communications and partnership coordination. Her work spans project coordination, compliance, team and office management, and business development support, ensuring that technical teams can focus on delivering high-quality climate research and policy impact. Prior to this role, she was with Mercy Corps Nepal team as Senior Programme Manager.

Based in Kathmandu, Pragya works closely with regional and global colleagues to support Climate Analytics’ mission in South Asia, contributing to smooth operations, strong partnerships, and effective programme implementation. Pragya did her Masters in Regional and Rural Development Planning from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
