Paula Mendoza is a Project Manager in the Climate Policy Team at Climate Analytics. She is based in the Berlin office, where she supports various international projects, including the Global Mitigation Potential Atlas.
She has eight years of experience managing policy projects across different sectors, including health and anti-corruption. Before joining Climate Analytics, she held roles at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the OECD, and non-profit organisations in Colombia, where her work focused on addressing inequalities across countries and communities.
Paula holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
