Noor has more than seven years of experience in international development, programme and portfolio management, and humanitarian and climate initiatives. She specialises in project management, donor compliance, budget oversight, operational planning, and cross-functional coordination. Before joining Climate Analytics, she worked with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where she managed large-scale migration and resettlement programmes in collaboration with governments, UN agencies, and international partners.
Based in Berlin, Germany, Noor collaborates with colleagues and partners across the globe to support the implementation of projects funded by a diverse portfolio of international donors. Working at the intersection of climate science, policy, and impacts, she helps translate research into effective action by strengthening programme delivery, fostering collaboration, and supporting the development and implementation of strategic climate initiatives.
