Farahane Tchacondoh is a Junior Implementation Specialist based in our Climate Analytics Africa Office in Lomé, Togo. She supports the Implementation Strategies team in advancing climate policies and strategies across Africa. In this position, Farahane supports a range of activities related to climate change research and analysis, including the examination of emerging technologies and policy trends. She contributes to the development of climate action pathways, assisting in the review and implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and supporting the development of long-term low-emission development strategies (LT-LEDS).
As an electrical engineer, Farahane is committed to driving Africa’s energy transition and addressing climate change. With over five years of experience in managing infrastructure and energy projects, she has played a key role in innovative projects, including the development of sustainable electrical and industrial infrastructure in Togo. In collaboration with the Togolese government, she has contributed to the design and implementation of national development strategies and projects, reinforcing her expertise in project execution and policy alignment.
