Dr Morgan Seag

Dr Morgan Seag is Director of the Climate Analytics North America Office. She is responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, and external representation of Climate Analytics in New York, ensuring high-quality programme delivery and effective engagement with UN Headquarters and Member States’ UN Missions.

Morgan has over 15 years' experience driving boundary-spanning initiatives to address complex global challenges. Prior to joining Climate Analytics, she built and led international partnerships and collaborations and supported multilateral decision-making through roles with the International Science Council, the International Cryosphere Climate Initiative, and the Antarctic Treaty Secretariat, among others. She has worked with governments and partners across world regions, and has expertise in climate action and multilateral affairs with a focus on the New York-based UN system.

Morgan holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Geography / Polar Studies from the University of Cambridge.
