Climate Analytics is a non-profit climate science and policy institute, established in 2008. We are based in Berlin (Germany) with offices in New York (USA), Lomé (Togo) and Perth (Australia) with staff and associates across Europe, South America, Australia, Africa and Asia. The institute’s mission is to synthesise and advance scientific knowledge in the area of climate change and on this basis provide support and capacity building to stakeholders.

We are a team of scientists and policy analysts with long experience in the international climate change debate. The team is backed by its own and co-developed science-based models to assess and synthesise climate science. By linking scientific and policy analysis, we provide state-of-the-art solutions to global and national climate change policy challenges. Team Leader Climate Policy and Energy Transformation

Starting date: No later than January 2019
Location: Berlin, Germany

We are looking for a long term collaboration. Currently we can offer a fixed term contract until October 2019 with the perspective of extension based on performance and funding.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our multidisciplinary Climate Policy and Energy Transformation Team of 10-15 experts, mostly based in Berlin, with some based in other countries/CA offices.

Student Assistant – Climate and Sustainable Finance

80h/Month

Starting date: As soon as possible
Location: Berlin
Terms: 6 months with prospect of extension

We are currently seeking a Student Assistant to support and expand our unit working on climate finance/ green finance and transformation. The position includes a wide array of tasks, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of climate policy with a focus on the financial transition towards low-carbon and climate-resilient development. The successful applicant will mainly assist in the relevant work of the IMPACT project and the EU Horizon2020 COP21 RIPPLES project.

Student Assistant – Support in Stakeholder Engagement Team

Starting date: 17 September 2018
Location: Berlin, Germany
Terms: Fixed term contract (1 year with possible prolongation, 60h/month)

We are currently looking for one student assistant (60h/month) to support our Stakeholder Engagement Team in the ISIpedia project which has been running since September 2017.
