Stephan is Climate Analytics' Head of Human Resources. He has worked in HR since 2017 and has a strong background in recruitment and startups/scaleups. In his last role, he created HR structures and processes from scratch for a startup of 60 people.
Stephan has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from EBS Business School and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Bergische Universität Wuppertal. He is a Berlin native and fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
