Sharmila is part of the HR team and supports our recruitment, contracts, sickness, absences, on-off boardings and all things HR.
Her undergraduate degree is in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, and her master’s degree is in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has worked across healthcare, oil and gas, finance, technology, and non-profit sectors in Germany, the UK, and India for over 14 years.
