Geneviève Yéhounmè is Project Manager for the AMBITION project at the Climate Analytics’ New York Office. She was previously supporting the Lome team with the planning and coordination of projects with a regional focus.
Prior to joining Climate Analytics in April 2022, Geneviève worked for several years at Green Keeper Africa, a social enterprise in Benin where she held multiple positions. As a Sales Manager at Green Keeper Africa, she led business development activities in Benin, Togo, and Cote d’Ivoire by promoting the company’s innovative and environmental-friendly solutions used by various industries to control oil spills. Before this position, she had worked as a Fundraising Associate for the same firm and was in charge of researching funding opportunities, eligibility rules, and procedures from funding agencies such as SNV, GIZ, etc. She led budget preparation, project planning, and management. Before joining Green Keeper Africa, she also worked briefly with the Business Center at WRI Office in Washington DC.
Geneviève holds an M.A. in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS), in California, USA on a Fulbright scholarship, as well as a B.A. in Applied Linguistics of English from the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin.
