    Benedikta Heldman is Manager for Project Development and Partnerships at Climate Analytics in Berlin. She is responsible for supporting the teams and offices (Berlin, Togo, New York, Perth) in developing project proposals for funding from and collaborating with regional, national and global institutions. Further, she helps to optimise internal processes and is responsible for the acquisition of projects for international clients such as the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), the UN Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Bank.

    Prior to joining Climate Analytics, Benedikta worked for two years as a research analyst in business development and tender management at adelphi.

    Before adelphi, Benedikta worked for the educational institution WeTeK gGmbH in Berlin and as a lecturer for career orientation training programmes, for which she ran and moderated workshops. She also worked for other educational projects such as the German-French-Polish Youth Competition at the German-French Youth Office in Berlin.

    Benedikta holds a master’s degree in Network Management and Education for Sustainable Development from the Alice Salomon University Berlin and a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University. She is a native speaker of German and French and fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
