
Rongxi is a Project Manager at Climate Analytics with over five years of experience in managing international climate policy and energy transition projects. She oversees multi-donor portfolios funded by organisations such as the International Climate Initiative, the European Climate Foundation, the ClimateWorks Foundation, and GIZ/EUKI. Her work focuses on coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring donor compliance, and supporting the development of Paris Agreement-aligned pathways for fossil fuel phase-out and renewable energy transitions.
Before joining Climate Analytics, Rongxi worked at the UNU Institute for Integrated Management of Material Fluxes and of Resources, supporting sustainability and academic programmes, and at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where she provided legal and marketing assistance in an international environment. 
She holds an M.A. in Global Studies from the University of Leipzig and the University of Vienna, and a B.A. in German Language and Literature from the Communication University of China. Rongxi is fluent in English, German, and Chinese.
