We are currently seeking a Human Resources Student Assistant to support our Global Operations Team up to 20 hours a week. The position is based in Berlin.

Job Description

As Human Resources Student Assistant, you will be supporting our Global Operations Team with a wide variety of tasks:

  • You will assist the Human Resources Manager in all general tasks and support the staff in all HR matters in Berlin, New York, Lome, Perth and worldwide.
  • Our international recruitment processes are supported by you. This means that you will publish open positions on our website and external platforms. You will arrange and support with the preparation of job interviews.
  • You will draft contracts, certificates and other documents based on templates.
  • You will take care of the accurate preparation of all payroll documents (the payroll itself is done by an external provider) and you are responsible for the correct filing of all personnel documents.
  • You have the opportunity to support and collaborate in various strategic HR projects.

Your Profile

  • You are currently a Bachelor/Master Student in the field of Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or in a comparable field of study, with a focus on Human Resources and you have at least 1.5 years of study ahead of you.
  • You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in human resources, recruiting or operations and experience in an international work environment is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and have good German language skills, French is a plus.
  • You are a Team player who is also able to work independently.
