Thushanti Selvarajah

Thushanti Selvarajah is Climate Analytics’ Chief Operating Officer and a key member of the Executive Management Team. As the lead of the Global Operational team, she is responsible for the smooth running of the organization’s operational and financial management and provides advice on strategic and risk-related matters to senior management.

Thushanti has 14 years of work in Development Programme Management and Operations in 10 countries – across 3 continents. Throughout her career she has been responsible for the delivery and operations of multiple projects and portfolios in both post conflict and post natural disaster settings.

In her last role she was the Head of Programmes with the United Nations Office for Project services in Nairobi, Kenya managing the portfolio of projects for East and Southern Africa.

Thushanti has a masters degree in Urban Planning from the Mcgill University, Montreal-Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Stella Maris College, University of Madras Chennai, India. She is also a Certified Prince 2 Project Manager.
