    Dieynaba is based in Dakar, Senegal and provides support to the LDC Chair and the LDC Group in the climate
    negotiations process.

    As a geographer specialising in hydrology, since 2016 she has been supporting the Directorate of
    Environment and Classified Establishments (DEEC) in the Adaptation team of the Climate Change
    Division. She contributed to the elaboration of the Senegal’s National Determined Contribution (NDC) and
    supports the process of elaboration of the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) for the water resources and
    floods sectors. She was part of the GIZ team in the implementation of the scientific support project for the
    National Adaptation Plan (PAS-PNA) process in Senegal.

    Dieynaba is also a member of the National Committee on Climate Change (COMNACC) and provides technical
    and administrative support to the executive office.

    She holds a Masters degree in Integrated Management of the West African Coast (GIDEL) and a Masters
    degree in Hydrology from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal.
