Jason Collis

Jason works as a Policy Analyst in Climate Analytics’ Berlin office. He works on developing and modelling decarbonisation pathways for the power and transport sectors, primarily for the Climate Action Tracker and Systems Change Lab projects.

Before coming to Climate Analytics, Jason worked on his PhD at the Technische Universität Berlin. His PhD assessed the re-use of steel mill gas to produce valuable chemicals and fuels on an economic, technical and environmental basis, as well as developing economic optimisation models for the use of steel mill gas and for global hydrogen production and transport. Jason also holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Australia.
