Howard Li

Climate Policy Analyst


Howard is a student assistant supporting the policy team on the analysis and design of climate mitigation and adaptation projects in Least Developed Countries and Small Island Developing States. He works with national stakeholders on various Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC) projects, providing technical analysis and projections of greenhouse gas emissions.

Prior to joining Climate Analytics, Howard worked in a range of analytical and corporate development roles in global organisations including the New York Times, The Rockefeller Foundation, and the Deutsche Börse Group.

Howard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Government from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is currently completing his graduate studies, working towards a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University in New York and a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
