Hajnal Vernes

Hajnal is a Project Finance Officer in Climate Analytics’s Global Finance Team. She is based in Berlin and supports the creation, control and revision of project budgets. She has extensive international experience primarily in non-profit finance and management.

Before joining Climate Analytics, Hajnal worked as a Management Accountant at Llamau, an organization based in Cardiff, United Kingdom. Previously she served as Finance Director at the European Roma Rights Centre in Budapest, Hungary. Prior to that, she had different financial roles at the Open Society Foundations and the Civic Education Project in Central and Eastern Europe.

She holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in Finance and Banking and a Master‘s Degree in Economics, specialising in European Studies from Corvinus University Budapest.
