Georgia Giatras is the Chief Operating Officer and is based in Berlin, Germany. She is responsible for the leadership and development of the financial and operational functions of Climate Analytics. She and her team support the global offices in areas of finance, human resources, project management, and other operational concerns. Georgia is also a member of the Executive Team and engages with strategic planning and risk management issues across the organisation.
Georgia has unique experience in financial reorganisations, creating and implementing strategic plans, team building, and delivering greater operational efficiencies. Most recently, she was Vice Provost of Resource Planning at Carnegie Mellon University. She has also held several senior leadership roles at the University of California – Berkeley, and Stanford University. She also teaches various graduate and undergraduate courses, including ‘Accounting for non-profits’, when time permits.
Georgia holds a Masters in Business Administration from New York University as well as an undergraduate degree in Finance from Fordham University in New York.
