Dipesh is a Research Analyst and supports our science team on activities related to adaptation, adaptation cost and finance in developing countries. He was an Alexander von Humboldt Foundation research fellow 2016. Analysis of adaptation cost assessments from developing countries to develop adaptation cost function and estimate future adaptation cost is his recent research work (publication forthcoming).

Dipesh has been actively engaged on research and advocacy on climate change since 2009. He worked in UNDP Nepal, Oxfam and Clean Energy Nepal and holds several years of experience at country level and at international level.

Dipesh holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. His dissertation research was awarded with the Grant for Applied Research on Climate Change Adaptation in Nepal by Ministry of Environment and published by Nepal Academy of Science and Technology.
