Research Associate: Ecological and Climate Economist

Based at Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre CCCCC in Belmopan, Belize

We are currently seeking a Research Associate in the field of Ecological and Climate Economics to expand our science unit. The successful applicant will strengthen Climate Analytics’ Science Team through strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, working closely with our research associates in Berlin, the Pacific and Caribbean Small Island States and (West-)Africa. The position will contribute to the IMPACT project, an international project jointly implemented between Climate Analytics and CCCCC and other partners. The project focuses on providing support for the implementation of science-based climate change strategies and improving access to international climate finance, by providing robust methods and analyses as well as through scientific capacity building. The position will be based with our project partner CCCCC in Belmopan, Belize, and will require frequent regional and international travel.

Director – Climate Analytics Lomé

Starting date: As soon as position is filled
Location: Lomé, Togo
Terms: 3 year contract with a 6 month probation period

We are now seeking a Director for Climate Analytics Lomé to expand our Climate Analytics entity in Togo, implement and further develop its strategy and to supervise the Lomé office operations. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Climate Analytics Board and Management Team with focus on implementation in the Least Developed Countries (LDC) regions, and will report to Climate Analytics’ CEO.
